§ 75.05 NEGLIGENCE.

The owner and operator of an all-terrain vehicles, off-road utility vehicles, off-road motorcycles, golf cart or snowmobile are liable for any injury or damage occasioned by the negligent operation of the all-terrain vehicle, off-road utility vehicle, off-road motorcycle, golf cart or snowmobile (see Iowa Code § 321G.18).
