§ 75.03 GENERAL REGULATIONS.

No person shall operate an all-terrain vehicle, off-road utility vehicle, off-road motorcycle, golf cart or snowmobile within the city in violation of the provisions of Iowa Code Chapter 321G or rules established by the Natural Resource Commission of the Department of Natural Resources governing their registration, numbering, equipment and manner of operation (see Iowa Code Ch. 321G).
