§ 57.12 SANITARY DISPOSAL PROJECT DESIGNATED.

All solid waste generated within the city and transported for disposal shall be taken only to those sanitary disposal facilities designated in the Metro Waste Authority’s comprehensive plan on file with the IDNR.
