§ 57.09 HAZARDOUS WASTES.
   No person shall deposit in a solid waste container or otherwise offer for collection hazardous waste. These materials shall be transported and disposed of as prescribed by the IDNR or other agency as required under the Iowa Code. Hazardous wastes shall include those as defined by the IDNR.
