A user notified by the WRA Director of revocation of its discharge permit and/or disconnection of its sewer service under §§ 52.043 or 52.045 shall immediately cease discharging wastewater to the POTW. If the user fails to comply voluntarily with the revocation and/or disconnection order, the city or sanitary district shall take those steps as are deemed necessary by the WRA, including immediate severance of the sewer connection. The WRA Director shall reinstate the wastewater discharge permit or the sewer service upon proof of the elimination of the noncomplying discharge.
