§ 52.038 PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF SIGNIFICANT NONCOMPLIANCE.
   The WRA will annually publish, in the largest daily newspaper published in the WRA community, a list of users who at any time during the previous 12 months were in significant noncompliance as defined in § 52.039.
