§ 90.56 TRANSFER OR CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP.
   When the permanent ownership of a dog or cat is transferred and the animal remains within the city limits, the new owner shall be required to apply for a new license as herein provided. The new owner shall have 30 calendar days in which to obtain the new license.
