Pursuant to published notice and public hearing as required by law, the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 Edition, published by the International Code Council and commonly known as the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code (ISPSC), is hereby adopted in full except for those portions as may be hereinafter deleted, modified or amended. An official copy of the Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 Edition, as adopted and a certified copy of this subchapter is on file in the office of the Department of Community Development and is available for public inspection.
