The Department is authorized to enter into mutual aid agreements with entities that share common response, training or other related interest that mutually benefit the departments and the entities they represent. The agreements shall be in writing and duly executed by the Fire Chief and an authorized representative of the mutual aid department/entity. Copies of the agreements shall be filed with the City Clerk.
