§ 10.10 SEVERABILITY.
   If any section, provision or part of the code of ordinances is adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, the adjudication will not affect the validity of the code of ordinances as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
