§ 33.42 EMPLOYMENT STATUS.
   Members of the Reserve Police Unit shall be considered employees of the city during those periods when they are performing police duties as authorized and/or directed by the Police Chief or a designee of the Police Chief, and they shall receive a salary from the city as recommended by the Police Chief.
