§ 33.41 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Reserve Police Unit may adopt rules and regulations or bylaws, not inconsistent with the ordinances of the city or laws of the state or the rules and regulations of the Police Department, as the members thereof shall deem advisable. These rules and regulations or bylaws, if adopted, shall become effective only upon the approval of the Police Chief.
