§ 33.40 REMOVAL.
   The members of the Reserve Police Unit shall serve at the discretion of the Police Chief and they shall be removed and discharged from those positions and their city employment terminated by the Police Chief and the removal may be without cause and/or recommended by the Reserve Police Captain.
