§ 33.39 ORGANIZATION AND SUPERVISOR.
   (A)   (1)   The Police Chief is responsible for the activity of the Unit and shall appoint a regular force peace officer as the reserve force coordinator and supervising officer.
      (2)   The regular peace officer shall report directly to the Police Chief.
   (B)   The Captain of the Reserve Police Unit is appointed by the Police Chief and Lieutenants are also chosen by the Police Chief.
   (C)   Reserve peace officers shall be subordinate to regular peace officers, and shall not serve as peace officers unless under the direction of a regular peace officer.
