767.13 EXTENSION OF TERM BY DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE AND SAFETY.

The Director of Finance, when an application for extension of license is filed, as provided in Section 767.12, and upon the payment to him for the use of the City of a license fee, determined as provided in Section 767.10, may extend the term of a license issued under this chapter for a period no longer than a year.
