767.03 EXCEPTIONS.

The provisions of this chapter shall not be construed to apply to any motor transportation company or person engaged solely in intercity transportation, to which the State Public Utilities Commission has issued a license or permit, nor to vehicles engaged solely in the transportation of children to or from school or school events, nor to any vehicle while it is used by an employer solely for the transportation of his employees.
