723.03 CONVERSION TO GAMBLING DEVICE.

No person, whether an exhibitor or nonexhibitor of a mechanical amusement device, shall knowingly convert or adapt the mechanical amusement device or any part or equipment thereof from a lawful amusement instrument to a device which constitutes or could be used as a gambling device.
