373.11 REGISTRATION.

The Department of Administration is authorized to accept from the owners of bicycles in the City the registration of bicycles. The registration shall state the identifying number stamped on the frame of the bicycle and state the description of the bicycle. No fee shall be charged for the registration. (1984 Code Sec. 75.35)
