(a) The Clerk of the County Municipal Court shall be paid in accordance with a biweekly pay schedule as established by Council.
(b) The Judge of the Court shall assign the Clerk to a salary step as provided in the pay schedule and may establish the work schedule for the Clerk.
(c) The Clerk shall be entitled to all other benefits as provided to other full-time permanent salaried employees other than the officers of the Police and Fire Divisions.
