913.03 REPAIR OF SIDEWALK BY OWNER OF LOT.

The owner of each lot, part of lot or parcel of land in front of or against which a sidewalk and curb and gutter has been, or may hereafter be constructed, shall keep the same in good order and repair in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
