933.07 MULCH/COMPOST FUND.

The funds received from the collection of all mulching/compost charges authorized for this chapter shall be deposited in a like manner as other City funds and shall be available for the payment of the cost and expense of the management, maintenance, repair and improvement of the City mulching/compost system.
