933.02 RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR MANAGEMENT OF MULCH/ COMPOST SYSTEM.

The Director of Administration shall make and the Public Works Supervisor shall enforce the rules and regulations that may be deemed necessary for the safe, economical and effective management and protection of the City mulching/compost system.
