(a) No person, without privilege to do so, shall leave or deposit poison or a substance containing poison upon any street, alley, or other public place, or upon any lot or parcel of land, or in any enclosure occupied by another.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
