375.08 DECLARED EMERGENCY.

In the event that the Mayor, Chief of Police or Superintendent of Services of the City should declare that an emergency situation is at hand, any or all of the provisions of this chapter may be changed or modified to meet the situation and only for the period of such declared emergency.
