375.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   “Operation” means any person who operates or is in actual physical control of the snowmobile.
   (b)   “Owner” means any person, firm or corporation, other than a lien holder or dealer, having title to a snowmobile or entitled to use or possession thereof.
   (c)   “Operate” means to control the operation of a snowmobile.
   (d)   “Snowmobile” means any motorized vehicle designed for travel primarily on snow or ice, steered by wheels, skis or runners.
   (e)   “Street” means the entire width between the boundary lines of every way publicly maintained within the City when any part thereof is open to the use of the public for purposes of vehicular travel including the shoulders and nonpaved areas thereof, and alleys.
