(a) No person shall park a vehicle of any kind in any free courtesy parking space provided along City streets in the City for a continuous period of time during regular business hours in the excess of two hours.
(b) Each additional two hour period of parking in the same parking space shall constitute a separate and distinct violation of this section.
(c) Regular business hours shall be defined as Monday through Friday from the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
