Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5739.09 (B)(1), fifty percent (50%) of the funds collected under this chapter are to be deposited in the General Fund of the City and may be used for such purposes as the Council shall deem appropriate. The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the funds collected shall be deposited into a separate fund, which shall be spent solely to make contributions to visitors and convention bureaus operating in Wyandot County, Ohio.
