Within thirty days after the effective date of this chapter, or within thirty days after commencing business, whichever is later, each vendor furnishing lodging to a transient guest shall register such hotel with the Tax Commissioner. Such registration shall be upon a form prescribed by and available from the Tax Commissioner and must be completed with any information, which the Tax Commissioner shall reasonably require.
