153.03 QUALIFICATIONS.

The Board shall consist of members who are qualified by experience and training to pass on matters pertaining to unsafe and unsanitary structures; nuisance abatement; and/or demolition of structures as contained in Chapter 1311 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Upper Sandusky.
