153.02 ALTERNATE MEMBERS; TERM.

The Mayor shall appoint, and Council shall confirm by a majority vote, the appointment of two or more alternate members who shall be called by the Board Chairman to hear appeals during the absence or disqualification of a member. Alternate members shall possess the same qualifications required for Board membership and shall also serve three year terms.
