151.06 RE-HIRING OF A RETIRED FORMER FULL-TIME CITY EMPLOYEE PROHIBITED.

The City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio hereby adopts a policy that prohibits the applicable appointing authority of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio from re-employing a retired former full- time City employee. (Res. 57-12. Passed 5-2-11.)
