151.01 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS.

   (a)   (EDITOR’S NOTE: Former subsection (a) was eliminated by Ordinance 141-13, passed February 22, 2022.)

   (b)   All members of the Upper Sandusky Volunteer Fire Department must reside in the area consisting of the Upper Sandusky Fire Department Fire District.

   (c)   The appropriate committee of the City shall make the final decision if a question arises on the exact location of a residence of an employee governed by that committee.
