For the safety and protection of all persons using City reservoirs, a speed limit of fifteen miles per hour is hereby established for all drives and roadways within City reservoirs. Appropriate signs designating the speed limit shall be posted at or near the entrance of the City reservoirs setting forth the speed limit. No person shall exceed the speed limit established in this section. (Ord. 10-13. Passed 8-21-17.)
