The City Police Division, Fire Division and other City employees shall exercise such control, supervision and enforcement of City ordinances, rules and regulations as may fall within their assigned duties, over the acts of all persons in or upon City owned property outside of the corporate limits to the same degree and extent as if such acts were performed
within the City.
