521.19 CITY COMPOST FACILITY.

   (a)   Only yard waste material may be deposited at the City of Upper Sandusky Compost Facility.

   (b)   No person shall deposit or cause to be deposited the following at the City of Upper Sandusky Compost Facility:

      (1)   Railroad ties;

      (2)   Landscape timbers;

      (3)   Plastic bags;

      (4)   Cardboard;

      (5)   Tires;

      (6)   Furniture;

      (7)   Appliances;

      (8)   Solid waste, as defined by ORC 3734.01(E);

      (9)   Hazardous wastes, as defined by ORC 3734.01(J);

      (10)   Infectious wastes, as defined by ORC 3734.01(R);

      (11)   Asbestos;

      (12)   Batteries;

      (13)   Concrete;

      (14)   Asphalt;

      (15)   Litter, as defined by ORC 731.51(B);

      (16)   Junk, as defined by ORC 4737.05;

      (17)   Plastic material of any kind;

      (18)   Metal of any kind;

      (19)   Construction or demolition materials;

      (20)   Rocks, gravel or stone; or

      (21)   Dirt.

   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
