A violation of this Chapter is an unclassified misdemeanor. The maximum penalty for a first offense is a fine of $100.00. The maximum penalty for a second offense within two (2) years is a fine of $250.00, and the additional penalty of $25.00 per day the violation(s) exists beyond the correction and abatement period specified in the Notice of Violation or any written extension approved by the Zoning inspector.
