No Owner shall permit or allow a compost pile to exist on residential real estate
in the City that does not comply with the following:
(a) Must not exceed 5 ft. in height above ground level;
(b) Must be contained within a wholly confined composting structure;
(c) Shall be located in the rear yard of the property;
(d) Shall be located at least 15 ft. from any residential structure;
(e) Shall be located at least 6 ft. from any property line; and
(f) Shall be maintained in a manner that will not cause any offensive or noxious odors.
