No owner shall store, collect, park, leave, deposit, maintain, reserve, put aside for future use, permit or allow to remain on any porch, balcony, roof, patio, car port or yard, other than in a completely enclosed building or structure, the following items of personal property on residential real estate in the City:
(a) Junk;
(b) Rubbish;
(c) Litter;
(d) Debris;
(e) Recyclables;
(f) Lumber;
(g) Tires;
(h) Non-working lawn mowers;
(i) Non-working machinery;
(j) Building materials;
(k) Interior furniture;
(l) Mattresses;
(m) Indoor carpets;
(n) Household furnishings;
(o) Appliances;
(p) Disabled or abandoned machinery;
(q) Discarded or abandoned construction equipment; or
(r) Other similar items of personal property not normally intended, designed, built or manufactured for outside use. (Ord. 232-12. Passed 7-5-16.)
