1139.01 PURPOSE.

This Chapter is adopted to prohibit the maintenance of personal property in or on the exterior areas of residential properties in the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio in a manner that the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio has determined to be detrimental to the general health, safety and welfare of the City.
