1138.11 ENFORCEMENT.

(a) The Zoning Inspector may enter any property for which a permit has been issued under this Chapter to conduct an inspection to determine whether there is any violation of this Chapter or whether the conditions stated in the permit have been met.

(b) The Zoning Inspector may issue an order to abate any violation of this Chapter.

(d) The Zoning Inspector may refer a violation of this regulation to legal counsel for legal action.
