1138.01 PURPOSE.
   This Chapter is adopted to regulate wind energy systems; to minimize adverse visual, safety and environmental impacts; and to provide a process to obtain a zoning permit for wind energy systems. (Ord. 208-12. Passed 9-8-15.)
