1505.06 FURNACE OR FIREPLACE REQUIRED.

No person or persons shall kindle, or cause to be kindled, any fire within twenty feet of any building or structure within the Municipality except that such fire may be built in a brick or fire-proof furnace, fireplace or receptacle so as to prevent the spread of such fire to any building or structure.
