(a) Any person served with a notice pursuant to the provisions of this chapter who fails to commence work within thirty days thereafter or fails to complete the work within sixty days or within such extension of time allowed, in writing, by the Building Inspectors as provided in Section 1311.03 is in violation of such section and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day during or on which such violation or noncompliance occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
(b) Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
