1311.07 POSTING NOTICE OF VACATION.

   (a)   Whenever, in the opinion of the health authority or the Building Inspectors, such procedure is desirable or necessary, a notice or order of vacation may be affixed conspicuously on the building or structure or portion thereof.

   (b)   The Building Inspectors shall cause to be posted at each entrance to any building deemed unsafe, a notice to read:

DO NOT ENTER. UNSAFE TO OCCUPY.
CITY OF UPPER SANDUSKY, OHIO.

   (c)   Such notice shall remain posted until the required repairs are made or demolition is completed. No person shall remove such notice without permission of the Building Inspectors. No person, without permission of the Building Inspectors, shall enter such building or structure or portion thereof, except for the purpose of making the required repairs or of demolishing the same.
