1123.15 SALE OF PERSONAL ITEMS.
   (a)   Garage sales in residential areas shall be restricted to a maximum of four consecutive days and a total twelve calendar days per year.
   (b)   All items displayed for sale in residential areas shall be restricted to a maximum of thirty days per year.
