1123.14 EXOTIC AND NON-DOMESTICATED PETS.
    (a)    No land or building in a residential district, or any used for residential proposes in any other district, shall be used for the housing or breeding of exotic, unusual, or other non- domesticated animals which by their nature could be considered a public nuisance, through the creation of odors and/or noise, or a public hazard, through the potential risk of serious physical harm to persons and/or property.
   (b)    This provision shall not apply to animals bred and raised for normal agricultural purposes on land primarily used for agricultural purposes.
