1123.07 MARINAS, SKATING RINKS, DRIVING RANGES, MINIATURE GOLF IN CONSERVATION AREAS.
   Driving ranges, miniature golf, skating rinks and marinas may be permitted as special uses in conservation districts, provided:
    (a)    No permanent structures are placed in the flood plain;
    (b)    No obstruction of the normal flood flow of the river channel or flooding is created.
   (c)    The proposed use of uses have access to major street and are at least 100 feet from the nearest residential district.
   (d)    Off-street parking and other requirements are met as though the uses were located in the recreation business district.
