1123.06 PONDS.

Ponds may be permitted in residential and commercial districts when part of a unit development plan or part of the development of a residential subdivision or commercial development. In either case, the Planning Commission and Council shall be authorized to require fencing, landscaping and other improvements deemed necessary for safety, proper drainage and health.
