A majority of the members of the Civil Service Commission shall constitute a quorum.
A majority vote of the members appointed to the Commission shall be necessary to take any action including but not limited to:
- Passage of motions,
- Rules providing for the number and manner of calling regular and special meetings, and
- Provisions for the conduct and governance of meetings may be adopted by a majority vote of the members appointed to the Commission.
Such rules shall not conflict with the provisions of this Charter or any ordinance passed by the Council. (Amended November 8, 2022.)
