(a) No person shall take or have in his possession any beer or intoxicating liquors upon City reservoir property and no intoxicated person shall be allowed upon City reservoir property or the lakes or any boat on the lakes and no person shall drink or consume beer or intoxicating liquor upon City reservoir property.
(b) No person shall swim and/or scuba dive in the impounded waters of the reservoirs or camp overnight upon City reservoir property.
(c) No person shall hunt upon City reservoir property or discharge firearms thereon, except that this provision shall not apply to any person lawfully participating in a limited special hunt authorized and supervised by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Lawful trapping shall be allowed with special permission from the City Service Committee.
(d) No person shall abandon, throw or discharge rubbish, garage, refuse, cans, bottles, paper or other trash or waste material upon City reservoir grounds or in the lakes.
